Why Leg it For Liver?

Your hard-working liver does hundreds of essential jobs, so it’s important to look after it.

We all know that alcohol is one major preventable cause of liver disease, but it’s less commonly known that an unhealthy diet and a lack of exercise can also cause liver damage. If left untreated, this can lead to serious complications for the liver.

For many of us, maintaining a healthy diet and keeping up an exercise routine isn’t easy. It’s vital to keep moving, so we are encouraging you to Leg it for Liver Health this May with your own virtual challenge, just like Melanie has for the last two years!
