Support and raise awareness for the British Liver Trust by taking part in Dry January

We’re proud to be an official partner of Dry January, which is a great way to begin to love your liver and reset your relationship with alcohol.

In 2020, we will again be a charity partner of the Dry January campaign, which is run by Alcohol Change UK.

As one in five adults in the UK drinks in a way that could harm their liver, we’re calling on people to have a month off alcohol.

Lots of us feel like we're drinking a bit too much, or too often, or just like we could do with some time off.   Dry January is a perfect way to reset your relationship with alcohol.

It only takes three weeks to break a habit, so this could be your route to happier, healthier drinking long-term. Other benefits include:

  • sleeping better and having more energy
  • better skin
  • losing weight
  • more money in your pocket
  • getting healthier

Dry January will make a difference to you - but can make a difference to others too. Sign up and give what you save from not drinking to the British Liver Trust.

Your fundraising will help to improve and save lives of those affected by liver disease, both alcohol-related and non-alcohol related.

To give the British Liver Trust a boost at the same time as your health, you could save up the money you’d normally spend on alcohol for a month and donate it, or get sponsored by friends and family.

It’s a simple message – stay dry for January and feel healthier, sleep better and see the difference in your waistline and your bank balance!
