Whilst restrictions are in place in many parts of the country it can be hard to plan taking part in organised obstacle challenges; but do click the link below as some events are taking place, keep checking the event websites, and check in your local area to see what COVID-safe events are available.
Test your mind and body…for a tough military-style obstacle course, Tough Mudder and Spartan races are highly recommended. Prepare to get muddy, wet and very challenged as you crawl on all fours through tunnels, slide into icy pools and jump over fire pits.
For a more ‘fun’ and inflatable-style challenge, you could join an Inflatable 5k challenge with over 80 giant obstacles.

Natalie, Frankie and Kerry took on the Yorkshire Warrior 10km obstacle course to raise funds for the Trust in 2018. This tough course challenged them to cross bogs and rivers, barbed wire and electric fences and mud slides – all in the name of fundraising.
The three friends wanted to raise awareness of PSC at the same time – and they smashed their target, raising a fantastic £1,440 in sponsorship; well done team.
