Your lasting legacy

Since Children’s Liver Disease Foundation was established over 40 years ago, and the British Liver Trust was founded by pioneering hepatologist Professor Dame Sheila Sherlock over 30 years ago, both charities have led the way in supporting patients of all ages, across all liver conditions. Our combined charity’s work has raised awareness and increased understanding of liver disease, and both teams have worked tirelessly to improve care and support, prevention and early detection and to transform patient-led research.

Both charities have an incredible legacy – and your support could help that to continue in years to come.

Supporters who kindly choose to remember the charity in their Will are at the heart of what we have achieved. Gifts in Wills have helped to fund our nurse-led helpline and our vital campaigning for improved diagnosis and treatment options for patients in the future.

By remembering the British Liver Trust in your Will, you are commemorating all the lives of those touched by liver disease. Any legacy, no matter how large or small, costs you absolutely nothing now but will make a lasting difference – for years beyond your years.
